Session: Creating Space for Joy: A Morning Movement Practice

When we are well nourished women, we are better mothers. When we pursue our joy, we are living the highest expression of self-care. Our summit will commence with a yoga practice that provides time to settle in, breathe, move and feel. We will learn and focus on practices that create space in the body, ease in the mind and openness in the heart. This collective pause will refocus our energy on what matters most and allow us to pursue what bring us the greatest joy.

About Sheri: I have been passionately connected to the fitness and wellness industry for the past 2 decades. All of my leadership roles led me to start my own company: Miracles on the Mat. My work as a goals coach and business consultant allow me to work side by side with clients to actualize the life that they know is possible. I tap into my gifts as a natural born mentor & skilled listener to support clients as they move into clear action.

Another fun part of my work is hosting yoga retreats and facilitating trainings & teaching across the US. The past four years have brought me to one of my proudest career moments: bringing the vision of "Strong as a Mother Summit" to life with the most incredible support team. At home, I am a very proud mama to McKenna (4) and Matty (1). With my loving partner of 23 years at my side, we share our love of travel, cooking & outdoor living with our kiddos.

What does STRONG mean to you?

Strength to me is self-compassion. I have created daily practices to cultivate it. For me, self-compassion means being kind to myself, nurturing my strengths and embracing my flaws and allowing space for learning and growth.
