GET TO KNOW / CAITLYN GEORGER
A mother of two boys and wife living in Golden, Colorado, I am specifically driven to help mothers thrive (see: kicka$$) in the workplace. A working parent myself, I know that this is no easy task and takes a community. That is why I am so passionate about curating and developing programs to support parents and caregivers throughout the journey, and exactly why I helped co-create The Family Co-Op, a place of community for families. I am happiest creating relationships in the community, planning events and exploring the mountains with my family.
What does STRONG mean to you?
Strong is doing the little things that will equal the big things. I experienced severe postpartum anxiety after my second child, and for me at that moment, strong was getting out of bed, and putting one foot in front of the other to make sure my family was taken care of. To get through one day. Then tackle the next. And the next. For me, that was strong.
